TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. Failure to comply with my terms of service could result in getting blacklisted from purchasing any of my work in the future.
I reserve the right to deny any commissions.
PAYMENT METHOD
I accept payment in USD or EUR via Paypal.
Once I show the sketch and it has been approved, or any necessary changes have been made, payment will be requested via an invoice. I will not continue work on your commission until it has been fully paid for.
I can accept payment plans for orders of over 70$, as long as a payment of at least 20% of the entire price is sent on the day a commission is accepted.
Failure to follow a payment plan or cancellation will result in the cancellation of your commission, with the original 20% withheld and whatever sum you may have sent after that returned.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your commission has taken over 3 months with no updates from me, I am unable to start or finish your commission.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
You do not like how your commission has turned out, you do not like the way your character looks in my style or if you decide your commission was an impulse-purchase after completion.
Requesting a refund or filing for a chargeback means you forfeit the rights to the piece and you may not use it in any way. If you ask me for a refund and at the time I'm unable to for whatever reason, I will always be willing to work out a plan where you get the money owed and I am not scrambling to get it. Similarly, if chargebacked or asked for a refund for a design, the design is returned to my ownership.
I reserve the rights to utilise the refunded artwork as I see fit.
PERSONAL ARTWORK ORDERS
Characters must have a clear reference sheet with minimal or no shading. Screenshots from games or written descriptions will count as a custom design and will cost you an extra fee of +15$.
I do not accept any 'full creative liberty' commissions. When ordering from me, the minimum I request is a theme or a mood to go with. Reference images are welcome!
Complex designs will be moderately simplified for mini-commissions (icons, chibi busts & fullbodies). If you want something from their design to be visible at all costs, please add a note stating so.
The fully processed image you receive may have additional effects added or shading (if included in the type of commission). This means your character's colours will not be an identical copy to those on their reference sheet.
I will give you an update of the sketch and after that an update for the base colours. Outside of that, you are free to ask for updates whenever.
All pieces are done with a resolution of 72 pixels/inch and completed in .PNG format. If you'd like a larger, printable resolution, please specify so when ordering.
I allow free major and minor changes in the sketching phase. You're allowed up to 3 free changes past the sketching phase, any changes past the free limit will cost an extra fee of +7$. I will not make major changes to a completed piece.
Commissions can take up anywhere between one week to three months. Please state beforehand if you have a deadline in mind for your commission. I will not take commissions with deadlines unless discussed beforehand and it is not within my responsibility to follow a deadline that I was informed of after the commission was requested & approved.
I retain the copyrights to any works commissioned from me. You may not use commissioned (or otherwise purchased) artwork commercially. If you are thinking of reproducing commissioned artwork, it needs to be discussed prior to starting said commission.
CHARACTER DESIGN ORDERS
After purchase, you are free to use the design for personal creative work. You may not use my designs for commercial means & profit unless discussed otherwise.
For custom designs, I work best on loose descriptions. If you wish to attach a moodboard, colour scheme or pinterest board to your commission request, you are more than welcome to. I will not make designs based off other artists' artwork.
You may not overcharge for a design you've bought from me, unless they have added artwork by either yourself or other artists. Overpricing my designs will possibly result in you getting blacklisted.
If a character is put on hold or is being paid for via a payment plan, you do not own them until they're fully paid for. If you fail to follow a payment plan, the refund policy for character art is valid and I keep the rights & ownership to the design.
Breeding/bloodlining, trading and reselling is completely fine. However, you may not 'breed' any of my designs for monetary profit.
